Exchange and returns of items are accepted within 72 hours of the delivery ONLY if the below conditions are satisfied:
- All accessories related to the item are still intact (box, manual, CD, etc...).
- Clients found out that the received goods/items are damaged/defective.
- If the client wishes to exchange the item with another, the amount difference will be calculated and either given to or taken from the client.
- The purchased item is still in its original working condition, intact and unscratched.
